Full payment must be included with each registration to enroll in camp. A camp t-shirt, all camp materials, daily snacks, beverages and a cookout lunch on Friday will be provided.
You may cancel your enrollment up to 3 weeks before the start of the camp in which your child is enrolled. You will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 3 weeks prior to that start of the camp session for which the child is registered will not be refunded. All campers are expected to abide by our Positive Behavior Plan. Failure to do so will result in a phone call to the child's parents or guardians and may result in removing the child from camp, at the discretion of the Camp Director. No refunds will be issued if a child is removed from camp for failure to follow the Positive Behavior Plan.
In the event that you must cancel a birthday party for any reason you must notify Asbury Woods Nature Center. The timeframe for cancellations and the corresponding processing fees is as follows:
If a cancellation occurs due to extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the host the party may be rescheduled if possible or a full refund may be given. Any full refunds must be approved by the President/CEO.
No refunds to participant for cancellations made within a week of the scheduled program.
