Start your Fridays off with a moderately paced guided hike as you learn the trail system on Asbury Woods’ 205 acres. This hike is designed for those who want to get their heart rate up and enjoy the benefits of a moderate cardio group workout in the outdoors. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. Hiking poles are available to borrow to help with stride and balance, if desired.
